Elgin Louis Arceneaux, Jr.

U.S. Veteran Elgin Louis Arceneaux, Sr., passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2006. Beloved husband of Stella Tabor Arceneaux. Father of April A. Mayo and Elgin Louis Arceneaux, Jr. Grandfather of Carl Jessie Mayo, Marylin Anjanette Mayo, Richard Louis Arceneaux, and Jonathan Louis Arceneaux. Great-grandfather of Madalyn Michelle Mayo. Brother of Edward, Eddie, Murphy, Albert, and Jimmy Arceneaux. Son of the late Albert Henry and Regina Fuzette Arceneaux. Age 83 years; a native of Crown Point, LA and a resident of Bedico, LA for the past 12 years. Relatives, friends of the family, members of The American Legion Post 0047, Carpenters & Pile Drivers Union No. 1846, and The Military Order of the Purple Heart Chapter 741 are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from the Chapel of E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, Inc., 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA on Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 12:00 PM. Friends may visit from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will be in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
